Keep an umbrella close and your jacket within reach. This week, southern Ontario is in for a full mix of spring weather, including sunny skies, double-digit highs, gusty winds, rain and even a brief return of snow.

As of Sunday (April 13), the day begins sunny, with a high of 13 C. Skies will become cloudy overnight, with a 40 percent chance of showers. Temperatures will remain mild, with a low of 6 C.

Monday will start mainly cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of early morning rain, followed by more steady rain late in the afternoon. Fog patches may develop near Lake Ontario later in the day.

Winds will shift from southeast at 20 km/h to southwest by the afternoon. The high will reach 13 C, making it one of the warmest days of the week.
