TULSA, Okla. — Bishop Kelley High School said 16 seniors have been honored by the National Merit Scholarship Program for their College Board testing performance.

The Class of 2025 students include five National Merit semifinalists, three National Merit Commended Scholars, two National Merit Hispanic Scholars, four National Merit Indigenous Scholars, two National Merit First Generation Scholars and one National Merit African American Scholar.

The program recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding intellectually ability and strong academic potential. Some of those honored become candidates for scholarships offered by corporate sponsors.

The National Merit semifinalists include: Micah Cutsinger, Noah Hart, Elisabeth McIntosh, Daniel Papa and Divya Thomas.

The National Merit Commended Scholars include Anne Blankenship, Lauren Leake and Eleanor McDermott.

The National Merit Recognized Scholars include Emily Clower and Abram Gareis.

The National Merit Indigenous Scholars include Beau Goodwin, Ella Miller, Isaac Oliphant and Jocelyn Ross.
