19-year-old found dead in nightclub; establishment loses liquor licence in Toronto [Video]

After a 19-year-old patron was found dead, a major nightclub in the GTA has been issued a liquor licence suspension.

Mister Wolf — a nightclub located on Toronto’s Queen St — was issued the order today by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, as it breached Ontario’s Liquor Licence and Control Act.

An investigation launched by the AGCO found that on Saturday, May 25, 2024, a 19-year-old male patron was served three large bottles of liquor alongside other guests inside the VIP section of the establishment.

Throughout the evening, officials reported that the patron began stumbling, could not maintain his balance and engaged in physical altercations with other patrons, all of which were noted as visible signs of intoxication.

Internal reports from the AGCO have found that neither security nor staff at the establishment intervened during this timeline.
