Status/Non-Status – Amaruq

Amaruq is the lead track on the Status/Non-Status album Warrior Down, and it’s a perfect song for drawing you in. The mid-tempo indie jam has a wonderfully fuzzy distorted droning guitar sound that envelopes the vocals and harmonies perfectly.

If you are not familiar with Status/Non-Status, Amaruq is an ideal song to wet your appetite, bringing a lot of their trademark sounds into one track. You can play Amaruq for just about any occasion, as it’s not too heavy for early mornings and has enough umph to work as a late night jam.
