Keith Ryan has spoken out before about the power outages he experiences at the ranch-style home he and his wife renovated. But as he tells the CBC’s Colleen Connors, nothing has improved and his frustration has only grown. While Newfoundland Power blames extreme wind, Ryan says outages happen on calm sunny days, too.
