Why are prefab homes hard to build in Canada?

The Canadian housing market is facing a shortage of affordable and sustainable housing solutions. To meet the growing demand for housing, experts are suggesting that pre-fabricated housing could be part of the solution.

Pre-fabricated homes, which are built in a factory and assembled on-site, offer a faster, more efficient, and less labour-intensive way to build homes.
