Emerson the elephant seal finds his way back to Victoria [Video]

Emerson, a juvenile elephant seal who was relocated from Victoria to the Ucluelet area because he was getting too much human attention, has found his way back. While his fans are happy to see him, the Department of Fisheries and Oceans warns his return could be short lived.
