The spring months are a great time to enjoy local produce, either from farmers markets or foraged in our backyards. While there are restrictions on where you can forage in B.C., knowing what to look for is half the adventure. CBC’s Darius Mahdavi joined an expert forager to learn more about finding, harvesting and cooking fiddleheads.
