YUKON, Okla. (KFOR) — Neighbors told News 4 a stain in the road is a constant reminder of the chaos that unfolded on July 14th.

“He was laying out here all day pretty much,” said Nicholas Baldwin, who lives nearby.

On July 14th, just before 3:30 a.m., Oklahoma City police were called to a neighborhood near NW 96th and Mustang Rd. Although it’s a Yukon address, it is OKC’s jurisdiction.

“When they arrived they found a subject lying in the roadway that had been shot multiple times. That subject was pronounced dead at the scene,” said Lt. Jeff Cooper of Oklahoma City Police Depart.

“About seven rounds going off,” Baldwin recalled. “People screaming.”

New court documents said during a fight the suspect, Ramari Boone-Haye, pulled out an assault rifle.
