A house in Dayton that sold for $940,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick between July 15 and July 28.

In total, 13 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $626,064. The average price per square foot ended up at $352.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of July 15 to the week of July 28 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
