The body of a man was pulled from a river in East Brunswick on Thursday morning, officials said.

The man was floating in the water near where the Raritan River meets the South River when the State Police’s marine service arrived after being called around 7:40 a.m., the agency said.

State Police didn’t immediately identify the man or provide additional information, saying the investigation is ongoing.
