Omak police take next steps in looking into Kit Mora disappearance [Video]

OMAK, Wash. — The Omak Police Department is going forward in their investigation on the disappearance of Kit Mora.

The police are now partnering with the Office of the Attorney General’ Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and People Cold Case Unit. According to Mora’s mother, Kit went missing back in April 2022 when she went towards Yakima to see a friend.

The WSP Crime Lab searched a home in Omak, but no other details have been released.
