Some events are moving forward as planned, but others are moving indoors.

MACON, Ga. — A day of wet weather could be on deck, but plenty of Macon Saturday events are still on! The 32nd Annual Ocmulgee Indigenous Celebration, Picnic in the Park and the state pickleball championship will all move forward Saturday, but some have extra plans in place just in case.

What: A free celebration of southeastern Native American heritage. There will be cultural crafts, stories, demonstrations, dancing and food from Native American vendors. 

Where: Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park | Parking: 171 Emery Highway (Macon-Bibb County Health Plaza)

When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Rain plans: The celebration is on as planned, according to park staff.
