A multiple-alarm fire at Wentworth Sports Complex caused more than $1 million in damages to the multi-sport facility, including destroying Zambonis and causing the roof to partially collapse.

By Monday afternoon the fire was out and a watch had been put in place, fire Chief Dave Cunliffe said in a news release. The Office of the Fire Marshal had also been notified to help determine the cause of the fire, which heavily damaged the western side of the building.
