Man dies after Irvington crash: ALEA [Video]

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A man has died after a crash in Irvington, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

29-year-old Alec V. Tran was injured on Sept. 27 around 8:30 p.m. when the 2011 GMC Yukon he was driving hit a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia tractor-trailer, according to an ALEA release.

The crash happened on McDonald Road near County Farm Road, according to the release.

ALEA officials said Tran died from his injuries on Wednesday, Oct. 2.

ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division is continuing to investigate.
