HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — The threat for severe weather is now over for Southeast Texas as cooler Pacific air blows through Southeast Texas, and it will get even colder later this week after a front with chilly Canadian air blows in.

The sky will clear out overnight, but a few patches of fog could form by sunrise. Temperatures will bottom out in the mid 50s around Houston with some upper 40s possible north and west of town.
