A major lottery jackpot is up for grabs in Canada Tuesday night.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) said the Lotto Max jackpot stands at $70 million.
There are also an estimated 10 $1 million maxmillion prizes available, in addition to the main prize.
“If the $70 million jackpot isn’t won tonight, it will grow to $75 million and could possibly reach the new Lotto Max jackpot cap of $80 million,” the OLG said.
Earlier this year, the cap for the Lotto Max jackpot was raised to $80 million from $70 million.
An $80 million prize was split between two tickets — one in Ontario and the other in Quebec — in a September draw.
In Ontario, Lotto Max tickets can be bought on OLG.ca or at an authorized retailer until 10:30 p.m. on the draw date.
