UPDATE (11/20/24) — A grand jury has indicted Zane Patrick Yargee for the shooting death of Dusten Fuentes back in 2016. 

According to the court documents, Yargee intentionally killed Fuentes using a firearm. 

Yargee was charged with first degree murder and causing death by using and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. 

TULSA, Okla. — One person remains is dead after a shooting in north Tulsa.

Officers responded to a shooting early Tuesday morning near Quebec and Independence.

There, they found two people with gunshot wounds. The other victim had non-life threatening injuries, and medics kept that victim stabilized.

Investigators believe they were riding bikes when the shooting happened.

Officers have not released details on who the gunman could be.

They identified the victim as Dusten Fuentes, 20.

The other victim was released from the hospital Tuesday.

Police said Fuentes and the other man were riding stolen bicycles looking for various items to steal.
