The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office provided an update on the investigation into Ryan’s staged disappearance, revealing details of his actions, restitution costs, and ongoing efforts to secure his return to the United States.Sheriff Mark A. Podoll said Ryan was located on Nov. 11 through communication with a Russian-speaking woman.
