LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Peacemaker Regalia is holding a vendor and craft fair this Saturday from 11 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Ponca Health Center. The event will feature exhibition dancers as well as opportunities for youth to learn some of the dance steps, indigenous arts, and food.

“It is a craft vendor event with 16 craft vendors so far signed up to sell indigenous arts. We will also be providing a soup and fry bread sale,” Christy Conrad, the executive director said.

Profits from the soup and fry bread sale will go toward outfits for kids in 2025. There will also be a raffle and a silent auction that will be held during the event.

The main goal of this event is to help encourage indigenous youth to form a strong and healthier connection with their culture.
