The rainy weather didn’t stop vendors from bringing some holiday cheer during the first weekend of the Mistletoe Market in Charlottetown. The market includes live music, hot drinks, visits from Santa and lots of local businesses. According to vendors, the only thing it’s missing is just a little snow.
