A freezing rain warning in Ottawa has been lifted after a rainstorm and freezing temperatures moved through eastern Ontario on Tuesday.
Environment Canada reported approximately 2 mm of freezing rain had fallen on Ottawa overnight. Some light flurries were seen downtown in the morning.
The Ottawa Student Transportation Consortium (OSTA) says all school bus services are running on Tuesday but there may be delays. Most school bus services are operating across eastern Ontario.
Tuesday morning’s forecast calls for rain or freezing rain to end near noon today. There is a 30 per cent chance of rain showers this afternoon. High 5 C.
