KIMT News Three’s Saral Khare spoke with multiple businesses open for the holiday.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A couple restaurants open tomorrow for Thanksgiving are Canadian Honker and Charlie’s Eatery & Pub. Canadian Honker Server Cassie Strain says they’ll be serving around 2,000 customers including dine and take out. She says it’s always a pleasure to serve the community. 

“Everyone is so humble and kind it’s just nice to see families get together,” said Strain. 

Some of the dishes they’ll have are gravy and creamy corn for dinner. Another server Jennifer Gosha has been at Canadian Honker for about five months and is looking forward to being a part of the Thanksgiving tradition. 

“I’m very excited to see the people who don’t have somewhere to go for Thanksgiving because they’re here for Mayo,” said Gosha. 

Charlie’s Eatery & Pub has been serving Thanksgiving meals since 1987. They’ll be serving up turkey, …
