Winnipeg police have charged a 47-year-old man after he allegedly sexually assaulted two teen boys at a gym Friday night.

According to police, officers were called to the gym in the Elmwood/Kildonan area at 10 p.m. for a report of a sexual assault.

A man was still at the gym and was arrested without incident, while the two teens were found and confirmed to be uninjured.

Police said the suspect approached the teens in a common area, exposed himself to them, and then sexually assaulted both teens. The teens told staff, who called police. Police said the teens and the suspect did not know each other.

Paul Tactac Unciano of Winnipeg has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, sexual interference, and indecent exposure. He was released on a court order prohibiting contact with people under the age of 18, as mandated by the Criminal Code.

The charges have not been proven in court.

The investigation continues.
