The New Brunswick RCMP has released a photo of a “vehicle of interest” in connection to the deaths of two people in Chipman last month.

Police found two bodies in a burned-out Chevrolet Equinox off Midland Road around 8 a.m. on Nov. 25, according to an RCMP news release. The deaths were determined to be homicides.

As part of the investigation, police have released a photo of a vehicle believed to be a red Toyota Corolla that was seen in the Chipman area in the late evening of Nov. 24 and the early morning hours of Nov. 25.

Anyone who recognizes the vehicle is asked to call police at 1-888-506-7267, or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or at www.crimenb.ca.
