School bus service is cancelled in Renfrew County on Wednesday due to the road conditions.

The Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium says school bus service is cancelled, “due to observed icy road conditions with forecasted dropping temperatures and more mixed precipitation throughout the day.”

The Renfrew County Joint Transportation Consortium oversees school bus service for students with the Renfrew County District School Board and Renfrew County Catholic District School Board.

School buses are also cancelled for French schools in Pembroke and Arnprior due to the road conditions.

All schools are open.
