Two men have been charged after three teen girls were lured and sexually assaulted dating back to the start of the year.

According to police, a teen girl was contacted by a 32-year-old man in January, who arranged for them to meet. He then allegedly drove her to a home in the city, where she was sexually assaulted.

The teen met with the same man and a 30-year-old male on Jan. 9. Police said she was brought to a hotel in the 1900 block of Portage Avenue and sexually assaulted by the two men.

In May, the 30-year-old man went to police headquarters and turned himself in. He has been identified as Ousama Alkhattab, and has been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

On Aug. 28, police allege the 32-year-old man met with two teenagers, one of whom he befriended on social media, and drove them downtown. Police said …
