Missing girl: Ottawa police say teenager believed to be in the Toronto area [Video]

The Ottawa Police Service is asking the public for help locating a 15-year-old who was last seen at her home last month, and who’s believed to be in the Toronto area.

Torrence Dupuis was last seen at her home in the Elmvale Acres area on Nov. 4.

She is described as being white, five-foot-three, slim build, with short pink hair and blue eyes.

Dupuis was last seen wearing a black sweater/hoodie, black pants, brown puffy winter coat, grey/black Nike slides, and black Puma backpack.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call police at 613-236-1222.
