Halifax police investigate death in Dartmouth [Video]

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a sudden death in Dartmouth, N.S., according to a Friday news release.

On Thursday, police responded to a call to the Geary Street area at approximately 4:20 p.m. where they found a 56-year-old man deceased in a tent, said the release.

The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner is conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

Police said the investigation is in its early stages and there is no further information available.
