N.B. RCMP seeks publics help following robbery [Video]

RCMP in New Brunswick is asking the public for help following an armed robbery in Bas-Caraquet said a Monday news release.

A man armed with a baseball bat entered a business on St. Paul Street in Bas Caraquet, N.B., just after 5 p.m. Saturday and demanded money from the cashier, said the release. He allegedly fled the scene in a dark SUV with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a man with medium build and medium height in the release. He was wearing a mask and sunglasses at the time of the theft.
