Driver charged after hitting Harvey’s in Waterloo [Video]

A driver has been charged after a vehicle crashed into a fast food restaurant in Waterloo.

Part of a Harvey’s, near the intersection of Weber Street North and King Street North, was boarded up Tuesday after a driver slammed into the building.

Waterloo Regional Police said they were called to the area around 12:20 a.m.

No one was hurt in the crash.

The driver was charged with careless driving.
