Toronto police are searching for a man who allegedly followed one person into the bathroom at a TTC subway station and assaulted them earlier this month.

The incident happened on the evening of Dec. 21 at Kennedy Station.

After being followed into a bathroom stall, the victim confronted the suspect, police said.

The suspect then allegedly assaulted the victim.

Police said the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital.

On Tuesday, investigators released a photo of the suspect, who is described as six-feet-tall, clean-shaven with a medium build and short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey sweater, black jacket and black jeans.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 416-808-4100 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477) or www.222tips.com.
