Windsor police looking to identify suspected prowler [Video]

The Windsor police have released a photo related to an ongoing suspected prowler investigation.

Police said on Dec. 25 around 3:30 p.m., police were called to the 400 block of Rankin Avenue. According to officers, a male suspect was seen looking into the window of a home, where a victim was changing clothes.

The suspect was confronted by the victim’s father and ran. They were last seen in the 600 block of Rankin Avenue.

He is described as a white man between 20 and 30 years old. He is around six feet tall with a shaved head and a brown moustache. At the time of the incident, he was seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue skinny jeans and black running shoes with white soles.

The man is wanted for harassment by watching and mischief interfering with lawful enjoyment.
