St. Thomas police arrest break and enter suspect [Video]

The St. Thomas Police Service has arrested a woman following a New Year’s Day break and enter.

Police said on Wednesday, the accused allegedly went into a home in the west end of the city while the homeowner was asleep, when she reportedly took the owner’s wallet.

The STPS found and arrested the 45-year-old woman on Friday morning. She has been charged with break and enter.

She was released from custody awaiting a court date.
