A Chinese noodle restaurant has permanently closed its Mississauga location.

Gol’s Lanzhou Noodle has closed at 888 Dundas St. E. in Mississauga’s Chinatown, INsauga has confirmed. A new restaurant, Tang’s House, moved into the space about one month ago.

The popular noodle shop just opened the Mississauga restaurant in May and has now closed after less than a year in business. They also had a location in Square One Shopping Centre’s food court in 2019, which closed in 2021.

Gol’s opened its first restaurant in Montreal in 2016 and expanded to Ontario with a location in Waterloo in 2018. There are now restaurants in Oakville, North York and Markham.

Gol’s is famous for its traditional Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodle dish. There’s also a barbecue menu with beef hearts, pork belly, lamb skewers, sausage, chicken and tofu.

The restaurant gets good reviews.
