Ottawa weather: 2-4 cm of snow, mild temperatures expected in Ottawa on Monday [Video]

Commuters will want to give themselves some extra time to get around Ottawa today, as snow blankets roads and sidewalks.

Environment Canada’s forecast calls for 2-4 centimetres of snow through the day, with periods of snow ending between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

As of 8 a.m., 3 cm of snow had been recorded at the Ottawa Airport. 

The temperature will warm up to 0 C today.
