Saskatoon police say a driver was killed in an early-morning crash in Stonebridge on Sunday.

Officers were called to Preston Avenue South and Stonebridge Common around 4:30 a.m. to respond to the single-vehicle collision.

In a news release Monday, police said they found a vehicle had collided with a brick wall. Officers and paramedics attempted life-saving measures on the lone occupant of the vehicle, a 36-year-old man, but he succumbed to his injuries.

Police have not said if the driver’s next of kin have been notified. The collision analyst is continuing their investigation.
