The Windsor and LaSalle police rearrested a 24-year-old woman who was previously charged with first-degree murder.

Police say she violating her bail conditions.

In June 2024, Sky-Linn Holden was arrested and charged with first-degree murder by Chatham-Kent police. Police identified the victim as 27-year-old Louise Thomson from Milton, Ont.

Officers were called to a home on William Street south in Chatham on June 4 where they found Thomson deceased.

Jeffrey Davis, 44, and David Lozon, 59, both from Chatham, were also arrested and charged with first degree murder and indignity to a dead body.

Holden was released on bail on Dec. 17, 2024, under enhanced conditions, including house arrest and electronic monitoring.

On Dec. 23, 2024, bail compliance officers initiated an investigation and determined that Holden had breached her release conditions on three separate occasions.
