Highways closed due to blizzard – PortageOnline.com [Video]

Several highways in the area have already closed due to bad weather conditions. Reports have come in of several vehicles in the ditch on minor highways in the area. As of 11am, the highway map in the region was a sea of red and travel is not advised for most roads.
