BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – A major cold front spanning from Northern Quebec all the way down to the Carolinas will enter Maine Sunday. Just behind it, snow from Kentucky and West Virginia will combine with Carolina moisture, bringing lots of snow for Sunday night. Snow will clear out Monday morning. Cold Canadian air is expected Monday and will continue until Thursday. A First Alert has been issued Monday through Wednesday due to the cold.
Today starts with more sunshine than clouds for most, although clouds are more prevalent Downeast and up North. Some patchy morning fog will burn off as the day progresses.
