A fire damaged the Walmart at Square One Shopping Centre for the second time in recent months.

Fire crews were called to the store around 11 p.m. on Monday, a Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services spokesperson told INsauga.com.

The fire broke out on the second floor of the Walmart and it caused smoke and water damage, the spokesperson said.

There were no injuries reported.

Fire crews had left the store by Tuesday morning but it was unclear if Walmart was able to open Tuesday morning. Attempts to reach the store were unsuccessful.

Fire investigators and Peel Regional Police are investigating the cause of the fire.

There was another fire at the store on Oct. 1.
