Missing 46-year-old woman last spotted in Whitby [Video]

Police are asking for the public’s help in safely locating a missing 46-year-old woman last seen in Whitby, Ontario.

Durham Regional Police say Clara —of no fixed address—was last spotted near Gordon Street and James Govan Drive. Police have not indicated when she was reported missing or the time she was last seen.

Investigators describe Clara as 5-foot-7, with a weight of 200 pounds. She has medium-length brown hair.

Clara was last seen wearing a pink toque, green scarf, blue sweater, black jacket, black cargo-style pants, black shoes and glasses.

It is unclear whether Clara is travelling by foot, vehicle or public transit and if she is alone or in the company of others.

Police and her family are concerned for her safety.
