ATLANTA — President Donald Trump’s recent imposition of tariffs on imports from Canada, Mexico, and China is poised to affect a wide array of consumer goods, leading to potential price increases for American shoppers. 

The administration has enacted a 25% tariff on products from Mexico and Canada and a 10% tariff on imports from China. However, it is worth noting that Mexico tariffs have paused for one month, according to the Associated Press. Therefore, those won’t take effect for a few more weeks at the earliest.

Economists warn that these tariffs will likely result in higher costs for several everyday items:
