SPOKANE, Wash. – A series of traffic collisions took place across the Spokane area over a two-hour span Saturday night, impacting several major roads.
The first incident occurred at 7:40 p.m. at North Division and West Buckeye, leading to traffic backups.
Two more crashes happened around 8:30 p.m. One was near the intersection of East Sprague and North Freya, while the other took place on US Highway 395.
The fourth collision was at 9:00 p.m. at the intersection of North Alberta Street and West Northwest Boulevard.
The Washington Department of Transportation advised caution, noting that a snowplow is operating in East Spokane tonight. Drivers were warned not to drive around the vehicle to ensure safety.
