Officers on scene for investigation in Ontario town [Video]

Residents and drivers are being asked to give first responders some space due to an ongoing investigation in Caledon.

The OPP said around 11 a.m. on Thursday that there was an increased “police presence” in the area of Emil Kolb Parkway and King Street in the Bolton community of Caledon.

Police have not disclosed the nature of the investigation but are asking residents to avoid the area while officers are on the scene.

The OPP hasn’t said whether any road closures are in place due to the investigation.
