Massage therapist charged with sexual assault in an Ontario city [Video]

A 59-year-old registered massage therapist has been charged with sexual assault after a client told police of being touched “inappropriately.”

Franklin Jiminez was employed as an RMT at a physiotherapy and wellness clinic at Taunton Road and Wilson Road in Oshawa on January 27 when the alleged sexual assault occurred.

Jiminez was arrested on February 17 and charged with sexual assault.

He was released on an Undertaking.

Jiminez, who is no longer employed at the clinic, has worked as an RMT for more than 20 years in a number of clinics across Durham and the GTA and police are concerned there may be more victims.
