A 14-year-old boy is facing several gun-related charges after a brazen daytime shooting in the North End last month.
The Winnipeg Police Service announced the arrest in a news release Saturday.
Police said the teen was involved in a shooting on Feb. 19 in the William Whyte neighbourhood that was partially captured on video and shared widely on social media.

At about 4:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of Manitoba Avenue and McKenzie Street after reports of a shooting.
Police said investigators learned a male youth, accompanied by another boy, shot at a home in the 600 block of Manitoba.
“Unknown individuals within the residence returned gunfire,” the news release said.
