Reason Why Dog Owner Can’t ‘Ever Leave the House Again’ Melts Hearts [Video]

A video of a dog “jumping for joy” to see her owner return home from a trip has captured the hearts of viewers on TikTok.

The video was shared by @doginthehague, the TikTok account of an English cocker spaniel in The Hague in the Netherlands.

The clip shows a cocker spaniel playing with a toy on the floor. A caption overlaid on the screen says, “I was just chilling when all of a sudden…,” as a doorbell is heard and the pup immediately looks up to face the door.

The dog scurries towards the door and does a “little sit” in front of it before skipping back towards the camera.

“Winnie, who is it? Is that mama?” a voice off-camera says, as the pup runs back to the door where she’s greeted by her human mom who was on a work trip.

The dog appears ecstatic, jumping up as the woman kneels down …
