Four people were injured, including two children, after a rollover crash in Ontario, police say.

Niagara Regional Police said emergency crews responded at around 9:35 p.m. on Sunday to the scene in the area of Woolverton and Kemp roads in Grimsby.

“Initial investigation has determined a black Ford F150 was travelling south on Woolverton Road, south of Kemp Road, when the vehicle lost control, exited the road way and rolled over an undetermined amount of times, ejecting an adult driver and an adult passenger,” police said.

The driver was taken to an out-of-region hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the passenger was also taken to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police said two children under 16 years old were taken to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Witnesses and anyone with video footage from the area were asked to come forward.
