The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), one of the largest buyers of alcohol in the world, removed U.S.-made alcoholic beverages from its shelves on Tuesday (March 4) in response to tariffs imposed on Canadian goods by U.S. President Donald Trump. Ontario Premier Doug Ford said the LCBO sells nearly $1 billion worth of U.S. alcohol annually. “As of today, every single one of these products is off the shelves,” said Ford.
